Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. EasyMountLCD.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, we will gladly assist you to meet your needs. If you wish to exchange, replace, repair, or return your products, please review following important procedures and details to ensure proper credit is issued.
1. Obtain a RMA: please email our Customer Service Department at cs@EasyMountLCD.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number for tracking your return items. No return will be accepted without a RMA. Make sure write RMA number on the returning address label when you return the products. PLEASE DO NOT MARK THE BOX ITSELF IN ANY WAY.
2. All returns other than Defective, Incomplete, or Damaged items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost back to EasyMountLCD.com. Original shipping cost is not refundable on returned products. For a "Free Shipping/Standard Shipping" item, an actual shipping charge may be calculated and deducted from your refund.
3. All returns must be shipped within 48 hours of being provided the RMA and receive within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days from the invoice date no exchanges, replacements, repairs, or returns will be accepted.
4. All products returned to us must be in "like new" condition, including all original shipping containers, materials, and accessories from the manufacturer otherwise your return will be rejected or additional damage charges may be assessed. We suggest customers insure your shipment via a shipping method which can track. EasyMountLCD.com is not responsible for lost or damaged products.
Returns: - Defective/Incomplete items (missing parts)
Returns can be credited, or replaced, or repaired at sole discretion of EasyMountLCD.com only after the original unit is received and inspected and the customer followed the steps 1, 3, and 4 listed above.
- Damaged items (item damaged during transit)
Please check for damaged merchandise before truck driver leaves. If your merchandise arrives damaged, make sure mark the shipping items as “damaged in transit”. Any claim for damaged merchandise must be filed within 10 days after receipt of the items. Please notify EasyMountLCD.com and shipping carrier immediately and keep all original shipping containers for an inspection. It is extremely helpful to have photographic evidence of the damage. No exhanges or refunds will be processed until a claim number has been issued by the shipping company.
- Non-defective items
All returns other than Defective, Incomplete, or Damaged items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Defective Exchanges: The return shipping cost going back to EasyMountLCD.com for Defective/Incomplete/Damaged exchange or replacement is refundable only if the customer followed the steps 1, 3 and 4 listed above.
Non-Defective Exchanges: If a customer placed an incorrect order and wishes to exchange products listed in our inventory, the original purchases will be credited for the original amount at customer shipping cost only if the customer followed the steps 1, 3 and 4 listed above. EasyMountLCD.com reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee at its sole discretion.
Cancellations: If an order is cancelled before processing to ship, EasyMountLCD.com will cancel the order at no charge. If your order has shipped, cancellation is subject to shipping charges and 20% restocking fee.
