As soon as your order is placed and your payment is approved, we will confirm your order via email. Once your order is processed, we will inform you via email of your status of order, estimated shipping and delivery date. Also you can check on the status of order by logging in to your account and review your order.

Orders are processed promptly every business day. Most items are shipped SAME DAY via FedEx/USPS if cleared payment is received before 2:00PM EST M-F excluding Holidays. Normal estimated product shipping time is about 1-5 business days via FedEx Ground/USPS Priority Mail standard shipping for continental United States barring any exceptions. Overnight or 2-days is also available. For international locations, normal estimated shipping time is about 6-10 business days. However actual freight transit time varies by locations and shipping methods. Expedited shipping also available.

5. What does the term VESA Standard mean?
VESA Standard is an acronym for Video Electronic Standards Association. VESA supports and sets industry-wide interface standards for the PC, workstation, and consumer electronic industries. One of those standards is mounting hole standard that may be found on the back of an LCD panel. Most LCD screens come with the VESA 100/75 standard mounting hole pattern, which means the horizontal or vertical distances between mounting holes on the back of the LCD are: 75 × 75mm or 100 × 100mm (2.95” ×2.95” or 3.94” × 3.94”). Some may be 200 ×100mm, 400 × 200mm or 600 × 400mm (7.87”× 3.94”, 15.75” × 7.87”, or × 23.62” ×15.75”). The diameter of the screws is 4mm. Please check your monitor manual under “specifications” or check on VESA Standard.
